LSESU AMNESTY/STAR COLLAB
LONDON SCHOOL OF ECONOMICS
Our campaign is about raising awareness of refugees who lived in the Calais 'jungle' camp and raising money towards vital services that help them. This involves a 'fun run' where participants can walk or run depending on their physical capability. We aim to organise the 'fun run' as a day long event and will take place on 27/10/18, significant because it will approximately mark two years since the removal of the Calais refugee camp.
This campaign will be organised by the collaboration of both the LSESU Amnesty International Society and the LSESU Student Action For Refugees (STAR) Society. All funds will be raised towards Help Refugee.
