I am joining the mighty Thighs of Steel for week five of their trip from London to Athens to raise money and awareness for Help Refugees. The funding will go toward supporting the Khora project (http://www.khora-athens.org/) in Athens who provide humanitarian aid for those affected by the European refugee crisis.
I will be riding from Lyon through the Alps and across the Italian border to Milan covering a total of 700km over six days. This is going to be tough but really a drop in the ocean compared to the challenges those who will benefit from the fundraising face. Please dig deep and show your support for this worthy cause!
