About this campaign

Here’s me limbering up because this summer I’m going to be pedalling from Milan to Trieste with the Thighs of Steel crew. A whopping 810km in 8 days, across the Italian Alps with a quick dive into Slovenia. Its going to be tough - HOURS in the saddle, MASSIVE climbs (17700m of uphill!) but most importantly it's all for a great cause. We’re raising money for Help Refugees, an amazing charity providing humanitarian aid to refugees around the world. In 2016 I spent time working with refugees in camps in Greece and saw first hand the enormous challenges facing the new arrivals and the incredible response of grassroots organisations many of whom were supported by Help Refugees.
